Services - The design process and fee structure
Initial Consultation - “Fit”
Scheduled 30-45 minute discussion of project scope, budget and client expectations. Fee - $45 donation to Davidson County Humane Society.
Procurement
Sourcing furniture and fixtures is commission based whereby the percentage mark-up decreases as the underlying costs per item increases.
Client Discovery
Series of interviews to determine design style preferences, expected functionality of spaces and inventory of existing and to-remain client-owned pieces. Fee - $500 retainer which will either be returned upon completion of services or applied to last invoice.
Installation
Installation is included for projects that use both design and procurement services - otherwise, an installation fee is charged at an hourly rate.
Design Creation
Composition development - including floor-plan layout, color scheme, furniture selections, architectual embelishments, window treatments, flooring materials, carpets, art and decorative objects. Fee - fixed price per room. Press button below to learn more.
